Orders
When placing an order, provide accurate checkout details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. We may review, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, a genuine pricing or technical error, legal restrictions, or another legitimate operational reason.
Product Details and Prices
We aim to describe items accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and normal manufacturing variation may produce minor differences in appearance. Checkout displays prices, available discounts, delivery fees, applicable taxes, and the final amount before an order is submitted.
Payment and Fulfillment
Available payment methods appear at checkout and transactions require authorization. Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days following payment confirmation, or up to 5 business days during peak periods. Standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Orders may be fulfilled by our facilities or designated partners.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Following receipt and inspection of an approved return, eligible refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Request cancellation promptly before fulfillment begins; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipping starts. No cancellation fee applies to an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.
Order Problems
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us with the order number and supporting photographs or video where appropriate. After reviewing the issue, we will provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution.
Promotions, Errors, and Consumer Rights
A promotion may have the conditions displayed with that offer. Genuine price, description, inventory, or technical errors may be corrected. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will explain the available resolution. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
