Shipping Policy
This policy explains processing, shipping estimates, tracking, and delivery questions for NAVZELIA orders.
Processing Before Dispatch
After payment confirmation, orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days. Holidays, promotions, or unusually high order volume may extend processing to 5 business days. Shipping transit begins after dispatch and is separate from processing.
Transit Estimates
For standard shipping to supported U.S. destinations, estimated transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier operations, destination, customs where applicable, weather, and seasonal demand may affect arrival.
Shipping Charges
The available shipping methods and applicable costs appear at checkout before payment is completed.
Fulfillment Locations and Tracking
Orders may ship from our facilities or designated fulfillment partners according to stock, item location, and destination. Shipping origin may differ from our business address. When an order is dispatched, available tracking is normally provided by email or the applicable tracking method; carriers may take time to display initial activity.
Delays or Missing Packages
For an extended tracking delay or a parcel that appears lost, email service@navzelia.com with your order number and tracking information. If the parcel is marked delivered, check the mailbox, delivery area, reception desk, household members, neighbors, and carrier notices before contacting us for further review.
Address Changes and Split Shipments
Please enter complete and accurate delivery details. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipping begins. An order may be divided into multiple parcels because of stock or fulfillment locations, with separate tracking where available.
